done just that. He first apprenticed under Sidney Bovee in 1978, when he was beginning his
career. Mark toiled under Sidney's tutelage and worked hard to earn the right to replace
Sidney upon his retirement. As a matter of fact, Mark has continued to best his own
abilities in order to earn himself the reputation as one of the leading hand engravers in
the Midwest.
