our own gems and buying the raw materials to make our own fine line of jewelry. We create our own molds and designs, as well as sell popular designs
created by other leading design houses throughout the U.S. Because The Roulet Company designs and manufactures fine and custom jewelry right here in our downtown Toledo offices, we're able to pass a significant savings
on to you. We're more flexible than mall-based jewelers, because we manufacture the jewelry ourselves. We can make changes to preexisting jewelry to suit your personal tastes, or modify an established design to fit your
budget. Another thing which differentiates The Roulet Company from mall-based jewelers is the fact that we don't have the high overhead of a mall shop. Therefore we can offer some outstanding prices on our fine and hand-crafted
